Donegal Weekend

We decided to have a Club night at a beach this weekend.  So we hired a minibus and headed to the Illeagles first, stopped there for a few drinks and at this stage it wasn't taking time to rain, it was coming down in sheets, this wasn't deterring bikers from supporting the rally as 2 from Cork and 2 from Limerick arrived whilst we were still there.  Not to be put off by the torrential rain we headed of complete with our BBQ in search of a suitable beach and the clouds disappeared the sun came out and we found the nicest beach ever.  Tents up, gazebo up, carry-outs poured, and with Tony doing a brilliant job with sausages, burgers, ribs and chicken, a great nights craic was had by all, a couple even went swimming!  We never saw a drop of rain and headed to bed just before 5 on the Sunday morning and woke a few hours later to a blue sky, the sun shining, beautiful scenery and quite a few hangovers!!!
